Food & experience were awesome, and the service was even better! We were bummed when they were out of carrot cake the night we were there... so they made it fresh the next night and delivered it to our hotel. Incredible!

Breakfast at Green Turtle Inn was a mixed experience. The Breakfast Burrito was dry and unremarkable, the Shrimp and Grits were tasty, and the Lobster Benedict, while decent, didn’t justify the 35 price tag due to its small portion. On the bright side, the coffee was strong and satisfying!

Friendly and welcoming staff. We sat at the bar and had Key Limecolda and a IPA. We watch Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives so we had to try the meatloaf just as he did. It did not disappoint wow. We also had some mussels. Can’t wait to come back down and stop by again

Outstanding breakfast, from fresh coffee to sticky bun starter to our avocado toast and eggs benedict. Well executed on every level. Bun was just sweet enough with pecans and a perfect hint of cinnamon. Avocado toast was robust, with sweet onions and fabulous hollandaise sauce. Benedict is Benedict until you obviously use better ingredients and a buttery sauce that stands on its own. Oh almost forgot the potato casserole with sharp cheddar is best in class.

I had never tried the Green Turtle for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. Blueberry pancakes were from scratch and I believe they used real maple syrup. The cappuccino was excellent and even the brewed coffee was better than average. The bacon was exceptional. I went here originally because I knew they made Eggs Benedict. Not that easy to find on a breakfast menu in the Keys, from what I've seen. Highly recommended breakfast spot. I didn't order one but the sticky buns looked amazing. Big enough to share.

We have wanted to come here (honestly) for thirty years; we pass it every year as we drive up and down US-1. We stopped for dinner yesterday for the first time - it was 100% worth the wait! We had cocktails and appetisers at the bar, and sat in the restaurant for wine and dinner. My wife had (the recommended) pork chop, and I had “Guy’s favourite” meatloaf; both were delicious. Nice atmosphere and great service (thank you, Angela). We won’t wait 30 years for our next visit!

Impressed with the quality of food, timeliness of ordering and food to the table and the very kind service! The Avocado toast was fresh avocado sliced with light and flavorful focaccia bread. I requested the eggs be “double” hard boiled and they cooked them to absolute PERFECTION! My husband got the shrimp and grits - as a southern man himself, he loved them and said he “had not had this good of ship and grits in a long time” that’s a high mark coming from him! Our waitress, Angela was so kind and sweet. She made perfect suggestions and was quick to take our order and provide food. Compliments to the chef!

Great place for breakfast and dinner. The dinners we had were excellent. The cornbread skillet is so good it should be o. The dessert menu. The steaks and pasta all came out perfectly cooked. The service was a bit slow, but they were very busy.
